  • Outpatient Program for Adolescents

    Our Adolescent Outpatient Program at The Barbell Saves Outpatient Clinic caters to young individuals aged 14-17 who are struggling or transitioning from intensive substance use disorder treatments. This program uniquely blends psychoeducation with engaging activities like exercise and yoga, addressing the 8 domains of wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. The program is designed to foster development and equip adolescents with the tools for a balanced, healthy future, in a supportive and understanding environment.

  • Outpatient Program for Adults

    Our Adult Outpatient Program at The Barbell Saves Outpatient Clinic caters adults who are transitioning from intensive substance use disorder treatments. This program uniquely blends psychoeducation with engaging activities like exercise and yoga, addressing the 8 domains of wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. Designed to foster holistic development and recovery, our approach equips adolescents with the tools for a balanced, healthy future, in a supportive and understanding environment.

All your appointments will take place in a space that promotes exercise, mindfulness, and a safe place to be yourself. It is fully private and offers group and/or individualized care.

  • Individualized Counseling

    Our team is anchored by a seasoned Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor specializgin in personalized one-on-one counseling. This expert approach delves deep into the root causes of addiction and individual triggers, crafting tailored strategies for effective coping and lasting recovery.

  • Group Therapy Sessions

    Participants connect with peers, sharing experiences and insights in a safe, guided environment. This peer-to-peer interaction fosters a sens of community and belonging, enabling individuals to learn from each other’s journeys. The sessions allow clients to not only receive support, but offer it, creating a powerful network of empathy and understanding.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    CBT is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that focuses on identifying and transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors. Our skilled therapists work closely with clients to develop practical skills for managing challenging emotions and situations, fostering resilience and promoting lasting behavioral change.

  • The Barbell Saves Project

    Participants will attend group exercise classes as well as group yoga classes at The Barbell Saves Project, which emphasizes the benefits of exercise, mindset, and nutrition on an individuals recovery. This is a peer-run class that promotes community building, resiliency, and positive coping skills.
