The Core 24 Teen Program is designed for youth ages 13-17, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth, physical fitness, and community building—whether they’re looking to stay active, build resilience, or connect with others in a supportive environment.

FITNESS AND STRENGTH TRAINING
Certified CrossFit instructors help your teen increase strength and endurance, maintain a good weight, develop power, speed, and agility, and build confidence and self-esteem. While getting fit, your teen will also develop personal discipline and learn valuable teamwork skills.

Yoga and mindfulness
After an energizing workout, your son or daughter will spend time on focused attention and inner reflection. The foundation of this training is an introduction to yoga practice, but other mindfulness and meditation techniques will be shared.

Community and Support
Balanced wellness across eight dimensions promotes healthy habits and helps your avoid external sources for happiness and fulfillment. Your teen will participate in lively discussions on 24 topics related to his or her emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental wellness.
We are excited to offer parents a program that helps teens build confidence, resilience, and life skills through engaging, supervised activities. Core 24 is designed for all youth, providing fitness, mindfulness, and wellness in an environment that encourages personal growth and community.
Our program is open to teens ages 13-17 (co-ed groups) and runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 pm to 7 pm. Teens can join at any time, but the full program is designed to be completed in 24 sessions.
Upon completing the program, your teen will receive a FREE Lifetime Gym Membership to The Barbell Saves Project Gym as a continued resource for their fitness journey.

Individual three-hour sessions can be purchased, but we encourage parents to commit to the entire program of 24 sessions.
